But then, I am known to be tech challenged, so I take it all out on disembodied voices. Portuguese would probably send me over the side of a bridge!

Our stay was pretty brief and already intense, so we'd need more time for islands and the City Market. It is impossible to miss those baskets that are being made on every corner and for sale in a dozen booths in the Old Market. I think the overkill probably tuned me out.Sandra Needhamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16418906374230703454noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787810312957291220.post-73983382240294505112012-07-05T18:48:04.306-07:002012-07-05T18:48:04.306-07:00I do like Charleston. I think I've been there...I do like Charleston. I think I've been there twice or maybe 3 times and once Max was with me and we stayed over on Edisto Island right on the beach for a couple of days afterwards. You didn't mention the wonderful baskets made by the local women out of the grass that grows near the beach. We have two of them and use them all the time. Did you make it down to the Charleston City Market that is on the bay? Wonderful shopping and great food right on the water.

Oh, did you know you can change the speaker on GPS systems. You could probably even had it speaking Portuguese or any number of different accents of English.Donhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16363395615940613408noreply@blogger.com
